 Today we did not go to Mr.Reases class because of a lockdown.

 Today, Mr.Reases class was shorter due to pictures so we just presented our one pager assignments. I went second and I think I did a pretty good job, though I heard Mr.Rease tried to come after one of my pictures. It was actually kinda fun to present the assignment as talking about something you know is fun.

 In Mr.Reases class today, we took some notes on cultural elements. It broke culture down into 7 different categories: Social organizations, customs and traditions, language, Arts and literature, religion,forms of government, and economic systems. After taking some notes and having a discussion, we continued reading "Fences". I was given the role of Cory who wasn't in the story for too long but it was still a nice experience. We had fun reading the story like we always do.

 I do not know much about Latino culture. I do know that spanish is the main language, there are many legends and myths, and that there are many different popular foods, there are also many different rituals in normal family life like weddings. I want to know about how they view family roles and the main languages besides Spanish.

 I was not in Mr.Reases class today because I was on a band trip.

 Today in Mr.Reases class, we took a pop quiz on characterization. I got all of the multiple choice questions correct which I am proud of. I believe I did well on the characterization of Rose from "Fences". That was the last question on the quiz. Afterwards, we continued reading and had fun as you would expect. We got to see interaction between Cory and Troy and see more of Troy's character and a little bit of Rose. I felt bad for Cory after the scene because of the way Troy talks to him. 

 Today in Mr.Reases class, we did a characterization chart on Troy from "Fences". The chart wasn't too difficult and I understood the concept. Afterwards we continued to read "Fences". As usual, we had fun reading the story and we were introduced to a character named Gabriel who interests me because of his personality.
